Your support and service is the worst I have ever experienced on the internet, and I have been around since the beginning.
I subscribed to and paid for Instant Niche Newsletter days ago and have not received any help or support.
All I want is a download link that works.
All I got was a defective link that contained nine x’s instead of the information that should have been there.
I have sent multiple emails and opened multiple tickets, but nobody has taken a minute to send me what I requested.
Instead, I get all sorts of nonsense replies, like clicking on the defective link to confirm, etc.

Let me start by first apologizing. I have sent you an e-mail directly already to get you all the access you need. I also CC’d the Director of Student Services, Andrew Ahn so we can figure out exactly why the process fell apart.
