You’ll need to invest a few dollars. Determine how much money you can comfortably invest each month. After you get your domain (under $10), you’ll need hosting. Hosting costs between $5 and $10 per month. You can spend as much as you want to on paid advertising. But you don’t have to spend any.

What you know:

You’re good at something, or passionate about something of really knowledgeable about something.

These are assets that you bring to your part-time affiliate marketing job plan.

Your time:

This is probably your most limited resource. However, you need to make the time so you can devote at least a few hours each week to your part-time affiliate marketing job.

The steps you need to take to achieve making that extra $500, if you’ve decided affiliate marketing is your best option are:

1. Get a domain name
2. Get hosting
3. Build a website
4. Find products to sell
5. Sell products
