“Trustworthiness of the domain based on link distance from trusted domains” was ranked by 66% of the SEO experts who participated in the SEOmoz.org survey as having “very high importance” as an SEO ranking factor.
“What”, you might ask, “is trustworthiness of the domain based on link distance from trusted domains”?
A link on your website directly from a “Trusted Domain” (a domain that search engines believe they can trust) is one click away. A link on your website from another site that has a direct link to a “Trusted Domain” is two clicks away….and so on.
The fewer clicks between your website and a “Trusted Domain” the more trustworthiness the search engines give your website.

Those precious 65 characters allowed in title tags are prime real estate on your page for two reasons:
1. Title tags are the first thing searchers see in search results
2. Search engine spiders give considerable weight to keywords in title tags

While link quantity and link quality are vital to SEO, it is also apparent that link diversity is equally important.
